Is Wisconsin Racist towards Hispanics?
I know there is a little prejudice everywhere in america, and I've been thinking about going to school in Madison or Milwaukee. I've heard the hispanic population is very small in both cities, but I don't know anyone with personal experience.

my sister went to college in eau claire on a minority scholarship. she is considered a hispanic because her dad was mexican. she said people resented the fact that she had access to a minority scholarship. she never said anything about prejudice other than that.

I sincerely doubt it. Generally the further north you go and the further away from major cites, the less prejudice you will experience
