The university I am applying to is university of Wisconsin Milwaukee at Milwaukee.The actual problem is that even my school director says that no such code exists.

The College Board assigns these codes. Your school director might be confused because the ETS code is also known as a CEEB code. Look up your school on their search page: http://apps.collegeboard.com/cbsearch_code/codeSearchHighschool.jsp

If you are a foreign student and your high school was located outside of the USA, then you will not have an individual ETS code. You leave this blank in the application. The college will make a reference to your school "individually."
